The stand quality is fantastic,easy to use no doubth but the upper part is not good at all. When ,I stack the phone in holder and bend,the phone stand was deteched , literally,I had to sticked the holder with glue and few days ago it deteched again. I had to hold the holder , it is really frustrating even my phone is not heavy , So that's the problem.

Very disappointed with both the product and customer service. I purchased a ring light, but the mobile holder is unable to support the weight of a normal phone, making the stand unstable and unusable. The product does not perform as advertised.When I contacted customer support, instead of helping with a replacement or return, they simply refused to take responsibility. The support team was unhelpful and provided no satisfactory solution.I expected better product quality and after-sales service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.
